Money-Back Guarantee Policy

1. Introduction

This Money-Back Guarantee Policy describes the terms under which Guleben Nutraceuticals LLC («Guleben,» «we,» «us,» or «our») backs the products purchased through www.guleben.com.

This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions (Section 4 — Purchase Terms and Conditions) and should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Our Products

Due to the nature of our nutraceutical products and dietary supplements, they cannot be reused in any way once they leave our facility. To avoid waste and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept product returns.

Instead of returns, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee under the conditions described in this policy.

Important: Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. The absence of specific results does not constitute a product defect.

3. Eligible Purchases for Refund

If our products fail to meet your expectations, you may request a refund provided that the following requirements are met:

  • The product was purchased directly from www.guleben.com.
  • The order’s shipping address is within the United States or its covered territories.
  • The request is submitted through our Customer Care team at service@guleben.com.

When requesting a refund, you must explain why you were dissatisfied with the product.

4. Damaged or Lost Products in Transit

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement, subject to the following conditions:

4.1. Damaged Products

  • Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • The report must be sent to service@guleben.com and include a description of the damage along with photographs showing it.
  • Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.

4.2. Lost Shipments

  • A shipment is considered lost if it is not delivered to the shipping address on file at the time of shipment or returned to us within 14 days of the shipping date.
  • Orders reported as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost.
  • Report the case to service@guleben.com indicating whether you prefer a refund or a replacement.

5. Ineligible Purchases for Refund

The following are ineligible for refund or replacement:

  • Products purchased from our Site(s) then forwarded to an address outside of our current shipping area.
  • Products purchased with a shipping address outside of the United States and associated territories. Customers are solely responsible for any additional charges incurred for customs clearing and international duties or taxes.
  • Products that shipped as part of a membership that was canceled after you were charged.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Wholesale transactions and orders.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or third parties other than www.guleben.com (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces).

6. Membership and Subscription Cancellation

Membership order cancellation requests from first-time customers will be honored if they are received prior to the shipment of the products.

Once your order ships, refund requests are addressed according to this Money-Back Guarantee Policy.

Membership cancellation requests must be received by the Sunday prior to the next charge date. If you cancel your membership after your order ships, you will not receive a refund for that order.

7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at service@guleben.com.
  2. Include in your message:
    • Order number.
    • Full name of the buyer.
    • Reason for the request (dissatisfaction, damage, or loss).
    • In case of damage: clear photographs of the product, packaging, and label.
  3. Indicate whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.

Our team will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with customer service practices.

8. Available Remedies

Once a request is approved, we may offer, at our discretion and as appropriate:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost.
  • Refund to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the product.

Replacement products are subject to inventory availability. If no inventory is available, an equivalent refund or store credit will be offered. The warranty period does not reset or extend with a replacement.

9. What This Guarantee Does NOT Cover

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Individual reactions, intolerances, or unwanted effects derived from product use. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the ingredient list before consumption and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
  • Results that do not meet the customer’s personal expectations when the product instructions were not followed.
  • Products stored improperly (exposure to heat, humidity, direct sunlight, or freezing).
  • Damages caused by misuse, inappropriate handling, or intake contrary to label instructions.
  • Minor cosmetic damages to packaging that do not affect product content.
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received by the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guleben Nutraceuticals LLC’s liability under this policy is limited to the remedies described in Section 8 and to the amount paid for the product subject to the claim.

Guleben shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including economic losses, lost profits, or medical expenses arising from product use, as set forth in Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

11. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Money-Back Guarantee Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the site with a revised «Last Updated» date.

The policy applicable to each claim will be the one in effect at the time of product purchase.
